Civil Engineering Services
Site Feasibility / Due Diligence
Early-stage evaluation of site constraints, opportunities, and development potential to confirm your project is viable before you commit further investment.
Conceptual Site Planning
High-level layout of buildings, access, and infrastructure that shapes an efficient, buildable vision aligned with your goals and site conditions.
Hydraulic & Hydrologic Analyses
Modeling of runoff, flow, and drainage behavior to quantify how water moves across your site and inform compliant, resilient design decisions.
Stormwater Management Planning
Design of detention, treatment, and conveyance systems that control runoff, satisfy regulatory standards, and protect downstream water quality.
Land Use Permitting Design
Preparation of the engineered plans and construction-ready drawings required to secure land use approvals from local and regional agencies.
Land Use Permitting Support
Guidance through the approval process, including agency coordination, submittals, and responses that keep your permit moving toward issuance.
Construction Design and Drawings
Detailed civil construction documents, specifications, and details that give contractors everything they need to build the project accurately.
Construction Admin Support
Ongoing engineering oversight during construction, including submittal review, RFIs, and site coordination to keep work on spec and on schedule.
