So on a personal level what's been your favorite project that you've worked on so far with Pure Power? I worked on a really large ground mount project in Connecticut that was especially challenging that had to be redesigned the 11th hour working really late nights to get it completed. I saw it in person up and running like a few months back. So that was really cool to see. Tell me a little bit about Pure Power our training and mentorship programs for these young engineers that are coming up through the ranks and even for engineers that are you know fresh out of school who don't really know what they want to do but are looking for that mentorship? Yeah Pure Power is really great. Mentoring and training young engineers. I mentioned onboarding we have for new hires. Everybody goes through a two month long training process and is put through a practice project which is a previously completed project by their team that their manager will teach them essentially how to do our
design a Pure Power way. So it's a really robust training process which encompasses your first two months at Pure Power and then over the next six months the entry level engineer will go through training with the team a lot of shadowing on smaller projects for more advanced engineers. In addition to that we also have Pure Power University which is our online platform where we post all of our trainings. We have videos that you can reference for technical topics. We have weekly training for the junior engineers for a lot of our template processes. We have a technical quiz every week. To kind of keep your skills sharp. We also have a daily soft skills training so Pure Power is a great spot for training and learning.
